PAYMENT TERMS:

As most of morspeeds products are custom made payment is taken in 3 stages as follows:

1) We will only start work after a 30% parts deposit is paid.

2) A further payment of 30% once engine build comences.

3) The balance payment is then taken 3 days prior to dispatch.

A four week grace is given to return exchange units, If the unit is not returned within 4 weeks and is not in a serviceable condition we WILL charge accordingly with no exceptions, please understand it is getting very difficult to source 'A' series core units.

Deposits are non refundable, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.

CONDITIONS:

morspeeds conditions apply to all our products regardless of being new or used, the products we supply are to enhance engine performance which can in some rare cases lead to stress on other weaker components causing either component to fail, therefore we can offer no warranty.

Morspeeds engines are built to push performance to the extreme, in some cases trebling the original manufactures quoted BHP figures, problems are very rare as our engines are built to the highest quality possible and using parts that we consider to be compatable for the use intended. But we can not offer any warranty in any form, if however a problem did occur we would be happy to investigate and help providing the following points are met:

1) The engine remains un opened and assembled to the state it left Morspeed, we are not prepared to investigate an engine which has been tampered with.

2) A copy of receipt, build sheet and test run/dyno figures must be provided. This would help us pin point any changes to the engine or running behaviour that has occurred.

3) We are not held responsible for the carriage to return any Morspeed product nor are we responsible for any labour cost in removing/re-fitting parts or engines.

Purchasing from Morspeed automatically enrolls you into accepting our conditions outlined above.
