BOOSTER STAGE 2 10psi 998-1275-SPI-MPI:
Lead free converted entry level cylinder head, designed to help a lightly modified forced induction engine to run higher boost levels, Fully de-coked, Then the rocker face is machined to ensure a total seal. The inlets are cut 3-angle to accept a bigger valve & guide restriction is then removed, New A.E cast iron guides are fitted, The exhaust ports are opened to match the steel ring manifold gasket. And the chambers are re-shaped to lower the compression and aid squish. The head is then re-surfaced to give the desired compression ratio and assembled with new valves & stem oil seals, 160lb double valve springs. Painted in either RED-BLUE-BLACK or BMC GREEN. ready to fit.
*Please note ST2 head is not polished, a ground finish is left when finished.

Below is our range of cylinder heads designed to be used with either a super charger or turbo charger, these heads have given out standing results over the years with power figures over the 200bhp mark. the heads are extremley modified with high flow rates and carefull attention being made to the throat and divider section whilst maintaining a consistant swirl in the all important squish area.

A fantastic all round forced induction road head used on engines from 998cc to 1380cc with fantastic power and torque gains proven on our dyno, this head is idealy suited for the Eaton BMW super charger and the T3 turbo charger. it comes fully modified polished and ported using road quality valves and Steel guides. The chambers are re-shaped to our high flow spec and then balanced and polished. The head is then re-surfaced to give desired compression and assembled with new valve stem oil seals, 160lb double valve springs, painted in either RED-BLUE-BLACK or BMC GREEN ready to fit.

We belive this to be one of the best forced induction cylinder heads available! designed for huge boost increases by the use of our full radius valve throat design. it comes fully modified, lead free converted, polished and ported to a very high standard, its ideally suited for the Eaton BMW supercharger and the T2 or T3 turbo charger. using competition steel race valves and bronze guides. The chambers are re-shaped to our super squish spec then balanced and polished. The head is then re-surfaced to give desired compression and assembled with new valve stem oil seals, 180lb double valve springs, painted in either RED-BLUE-BLACK or BMC GREEN ready to fit. 11-stud on request.
