Since march 2006 morspeed has been developing its own version of the twincam 16v BMW 'K' conversion which was first introduced in miniworld April 1996. By early may we had already seen 168bhp from a 1380cc unit and we have now supplied engines all over the world including germany, japan, bahraine & sri-lanka with fantastic results.

In June 2006 we decided to offer a full conversion kit alongside our fully built units allowing a simple and reliable 16v unit to be assembled by any competent mechanic.

This conversion kit in itself has become popular and gained the interest of KENTCAMS from the begining, Working alongside Kentcams in both design and manufacture morspeed has now further developed from our original design to produce a better quality kit, using more modern and relible approach to ensure that what we offer is not only the best form of kit produced but 100% unique and exclusive to morspeed we now believe we offer the best 16v 'K' conversion kit to date.
