PICS SOON STANDARD 'K' 16v HEAD: The cylinder head is stripped bare, Acid dipped and shot blasted, then checked for faulty threads & broken studs. It is then pressure tested. Once we are happy with the condition of the head we then convert it to fit the 'A' series engine block & dry belt system. Once this proccedure is complete the guides are checked and replaced if required, new or re-faced valves are used. The seats are then cut with 3 angles. The head is then re-surfaced and assembled using new stem seals and valve springs to suit your application. A pair of camshafts are then installed and all tappets pre-set.
