The head is converted to fit the 'A' series engine block & dry belt system then re-surfaced to give the desired compression ratio and assembled with new stem seals, springs to suit application, re-furbished valves. customers own camshafts are fitted and tappet adjustment is set.

STAGE 4 TRACKDAY HEAD: We belive this to be one of the best road/competition cylinder heads available! designed for huge torque increases by the use of our full radius valve throat design. Fully re-furbished then all port restriction is removed, the inlets are port bored which enlarge the area by approx 1.5mm & the head is then polished to gain maximum flow, the valve seats are cut 3-angle, the head is converted to fit the 'A' series engine block & dry belt system then re-surfaced to give the desired compression ratio and assembled with re-furbished valves, new stem oil seals & valve springs to suit application. customers own camshafts are installed and shim tappets set ready to fit.
